I had a blast at this event last year! A giant mystery book fair, the party starts at 5 pm at the Greek Orthodox Church. Come see me there, or meet me at 5:00 pm at the store to talk mysteries! Naturally — books will be available, too!
April 5 – Launch Party for DEADLY OFFER!
Join me at 5 pm at Cellardoor Winery in Lincolnville, Maine for a festive party celebrating Darby’s third mystery! What better place to hold this event than this lovely vineyard. Buy your book, drink some wine, and talk mysteries.
March 29 – April 1, 2012 : Left Coast Crime” in Sacramento, California. I’m heading west to meet mystery fans on the “other” coast.  If you’re at the conference please come to my panel! Thursday, 2:45 pm. “A Small Sampling of Small Presses,” or introduce yourself anytime.

Saturday, November 12 : Living in the Suburbs Can be Murder” at New England Crime Bake. Vicki’s on a panel with several other crime writers from 2 pm to 2:50 pm. If you’re at the conference please come!
Thursday, November 17 at 6 pm: “Writing Mysteries and More” Vicki will talk about her writing career, crafting fiction and non-fiction, answer questions and offer tips on getting published as part of Camden Hills’ Adult Education program. The event takes place at Camden Hills High School at 25 Keelson Drive, (Route 90) in Rockport, Maine, and is open to the public. Registration fee of $5.

Vicki Doudera and fellow Mainers Julia Spencer-Fleming and Lea Wait discussed mysteries at Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor, Maine on Thursday, July 28th. The event celebrated the anniversary of the library (100 years) as well as Sisters In Crime (25 years.) It was a great night with a great turnout.  For more photos, click here.
On Tuesday, October 18,  Vicki spoke at Curtis Memorial Library, in Brunswick, Maine, as part of the Mystery Writers Series. She discussed getting published, coming up with ideas, and more about what is in store for Darby Farr.  Gulf of Maine books was on hand to sell copies of KILLER LISTING. Participants said it was a very enjoyable evening!
